Impro Commercial Ltd make every effort to ensure that specifications and product details are correct and to ensure that the colours and photographs shown on our website give a true representation of the garments, though we cannot guarantee this in every case. We reserve the right to make changes to the items shown on this website at any time including changes to any prices quoted. When an order is placed the customer will be notified by email to confirm receipt of the order. Although we endeavour to be accurate with all product details and prices, if a product or price is incorrect due to a typographical error we have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed. If you have already paid and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a refund to the value of the original price charged. We have made every effort to display the colours of our clothing ranges as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours that you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your screen will accurately render the exact shade of the product that is delivered to you. Details of sizes and colours given on our website are provided by our suppliers and may vary. If you have any concerns about colour, size or style of any of the items then samples can be provided by prior arrangement and subject to the terms and conditions below.
If you have any concerns about colour, size or style of any of the items before ordering then samples can be provided by prior arrangement.Any samples provided to a customer remain the property of Impro Commercial Ltd until the customer pays for the items in full.All samples not purchased by the customer should be returned to Impro Commercial Ltd within 21 working days from the date the samples are received by the customer. If samples are not returned within 21 working days, Impro Commercial Ltd reserves the right to charge the customer the full retail price of the samples including postage and packing.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and exclusive of VAT and postage and packing. Whenever quoting the cost of an order Impro Commercial will always state the full costs showing the amount of VAT to be included and the cost of postage and packing. From time to time Impro Commercial Ltd will make offers and discounts. In order to take advantage of any offers or discounts customers should comply with full terms and conditions of the particular offer or discount.
Payment for orders should be made by direct bank payment or by cheque. For new customers payment is required before the goods are processed and despatched. Once a customer is granted a credit account full payment is required within 30 calendar days of the date of each invoice. If payment is received after the 30 calendar days Impro Commercial reserves the right to charge interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act.
Goods can only be returned for a full refund if they are in their original condition and can be returned to the supplier for resale. Where clothing has had a logo added or been altered in any way at the customer’s request these items cannot be returned for a refund. When adding a logo to a garment Impro Commercial follow a strict quality control process to ensure the customer is fully satisfied before the order is fulfilled. Customers will be provided with a sample of the logo for checking and sign off. We will be happy to revisit a design as many times as necessary to ensure total customer satisfaction however once the final proof has been signed off Impro Commercial Ltd are unable to make any changes once the in-house printing or embroidery process has begun.
Impro Commercial Ltd complies fully with the Data Protection Act. Customer information will only be used for the fulfilment of customer orders and details will not be passed on to a third party. On occasion Impro Commercial Ltd will contact customers to let them know about special offers or new products which we think may be of interest. If you no longer wish to receive these details please contact us by phone or e-mail and we will be happy to remove your details from our communication list.
Delivery of Goods
Impro Commercial Ltd uses a single contracted courier for the delivery of goods to its customers. Impro Commercial Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods. Where customers require the delivery of goods by a specific deadline they should make their requirements known before they place their order to obtain confirmation that the goods can be delivered by the required deadline. Where customers are working to an urgent requirement Impro Commercial Ltd will do their best to meet customer needs.In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us immediately. You must keep the original packing in case you have any reason to return order.
Availability of Goods
All items are subject to availability. Impro Commercial Ltd work very closely with their suppliers and sometimes there may be a small delay if an item is more popular than we expected or our suppliers, without advance warning, cancel or discontinue styles or colours. In these events you will be offered an alternative or your order may go on "Back Order". You may also be offered the opportunity to cancel the order if you prefer. In any event we will keep customers informed of any factor which may delay the processing of any order.
